- schools being attended by dance student

- information you provide to use through visits to our venues or customer surveys from time to time.

How do we collect your Personal Information? We will generally collect your Personal Information directly from you unless it is unreasonable to impracticable to do so. When collecting Personal Information from you, we may collect it in various ways including:

- During conversations between you and our representatives including on the phone and by email, or

– buy a ticket to a performance
– enrol, register and/or attend a workshop with, or facilitated by, CM Dance
– enter a competition

When your Personal Information is no longer needed for the purpose for which is was obtained, we will take reasonable steps to destroy or permanently de-identify your Personal Information. However, most of the Personal Information is or will be stored in client files which will be kept by us for a minimum of 7 years.
Access to your Personal Information You may request access to any Personal Information we hold about you at any time by contacting us in writing. Before we provide you with access to your Personal Information, we may require some proof of identity.
